# Hướng dẫn tạo Đặt lịch (Guide to Creating a Bookings)

Bước 1. Chọn bán hàng đa kênh - Đặt lịch

Bước 2. Nhập các thông tin yêu cầu vào popup Thêm đặt lịch

Step 2. Enter the required information into the popup Add Bookings

* Chọn Chi nhánh (Hệ thống sẽ lọc ra danh sách thương hiệu và khu vực tương ứng  trong chi nhánh đó).
* Select Branch (The system will filter out the list of brands and corresponding areas in that branch).\
  Chọn Thương hiệu (Không thể chọn thương hiệu trước khi chọn chi nhánh).
* Select Brand (Cannot select brand before selecting branch).
* Chọn Khách hàng:Lấy từ danh sách: Cá nhân / Doanh nghiệp / Tiềm năng.\
  Bao gồm: Họ tên, SĐT, Email.
* Select Customer:Taken from the list:Lead / Contact / Account  \
  Include: Full name, Phone number, Email
* Hạn chế (Có thể chặn khách hàng không cho đặt bàn nếu có lý do chính đáng (như: thường xuyên không đến, hủy nhiều lần,...).
* Blacklist (Customers can be blocked from booking tables if there is a valid reason (such as: frequent no-shows, multiple cancellations,...).
* Lịch sử đặt bàn (Hiển thị nếu khách hàng đã từng có booking)
* History (Shown if the customer has ever had a booking)
* Chọn Khu vực đặt bàn (Dựa trên các khu vực đã được thiết lập)
* Area (Based on established areas)
* Thời gian đặt trước (Chỉ được chọn trong giờ phục vụ của khu vực.)
* Time (Selection allowed only during the area's operating hours.)
* Số lượng khách (Phục vụ cho việc sắp xếp số bàn và nhân viên phục vụ)
* Number of contacts (Serves to arrange tables and service staff)
* Nguồn khách hàng (Có thể là từ quảng cáo, mạng xã hội, khách quen,...)\
  Ghi chú: Có thể là từ quảng cáo, mạng xã hội, khách quen, v.v.
* Source contact (It could be from advertising, social media, repeat customers, etc.)

Bước 3. Nhấn nút Lưu để hoàn tất công viêc.

Step 3. Press the button Save to complete the booking.

Ghi chú: Khi chọn một khách hàng đã chặn trước đó sẽ hiển thị thông báo và ghi chú đỏ phía dưới tên khách hàng.

Note: When selecting a previously blocked customer, a notification and red note will appear below the customer's name.
