# Cam kết SLA đơn hàng (Order SLA Commitment)
**Bước 1:** Tại thanh menu chính, chọn Thiết lập → Đơn hàng → Cam kết SLA\
(**Step 1**:On AntCRM page, choose Settings → Orders→ Commit SLA.)
**Bước 2:** Tại màn hình danh sách cam kết SLA, bấm nút Thêm\
(**Step 2:** At Commit SLA sceen, click Add button)
**Bước 3**: Nhập các thông tin cần thiết, sau đó bấm nút **Lưu**\
**(Step 3**: Enter the required information, then click the **Save** button.**)**
**Bước 4:** Sau khi tạo thành công, màn hình hiển thị Thêm thành công\
(**Step 4:** After successful creation, the screen will display "Add successfully".)
