# Lọc và tải về đơn hàng (Filter and download orders)
## I. LỌC ĐƠN HÀNG
**(Filter orders )**
Tại thanh menu chính, chọn **Bán hàng đa kênh** -> **Đơn hàng**, bạn có thể lọc đơn hàng theo các mục sau:\
(From the main menu, go to Multi-channel Sales → Orders. You can filter orders using the following criteria:)
* **Tìm kiếm:** Nhập tên hoặc số điện thoại\
(**Search**: Enter name or phone number)
* **Danh mục:** Chọn các loại danh mục muốn lọc\
(**Category**: Select the categories you want to filter)
* **Tạo bởi:** Chọn người tạo\
(**Created by**: Select the order creator)
* **Trạng thái**: Chọn trạng thái đơn hàng\
(**Status**: Choose the order status)
* **Phụ trách:** Chọn user hay nhóm phụ trách\
(**Assignee**: Select the responsible user or group)
* **Loại ngày:** Chọn loại ngày (ngày tạo, ngày giải quyết, ngày cập nhật, ngày kết thúc)\
(**Date type**: Choose the type of date (created date, resolved date, updated date, closed date))
* **Thời gian:** Chọn khoảng thời gian\
(**Time**: Select the desired time period)
## I. TẢI VỀ ĐƠN HÀNG
**(Download Orders)**
Tại màn hình đơn hàng, bấm nút Tải về để tải đơn hàng\
(On the Orders screen, click the Export button to download the order data.))
Màn hình hiển thị thông báo, tiếp tục bấm nút  để tải về\
(A notification will appear on the screen. Click the  button to continue downloading.)
