# Hướng dẫn cách Clear Cache browsing data

## 1. Hướng dẫn clear cache trên trình duyệt Chrome

### 1.1. Hướng dẫn cách thông thường

Bước 1: Mở Inspect của trình duyệt

Windows:

Cách 1: Nhấn tổ hợp phím Ctrl + Shift + I 

Cách 2: Nhấn F12 trên bàn phím

Cách 3: Click chuột phải trên trang web, chọn Kiểm tra

Bước 2: chọn Network tab

Bước 3: Làm mới lại trình duyệt

Click chọn icon reload, hoặc nhấn phím tắt F5 để làm tươi trình duyệt

Bước 4: Click Chuột phải vào khu vực request → chọn Clear browser Cache

Bước 5: chọn tab Application

Mở mục Cookies

Click chuột phải vào Dòng url: <https://happy.beeiq.co/> (mỗi công ty sẽ có domain khác nhau), chọn CLear

Thao tác tương tự với mục Session Storage

Bước 6: Làm mới lại trình duyệt một lần nữa

Click chọn icon reload, hoặc nhấn phím tắt F5 để làm tươi trình duyệt. Cache của trình duyệt sẽ được clear sau lần làm tươi ở bước này.

### 1.2. Hướng dẫn cách clear trong Settings

Bước 1: Vào mục Clear browsing data

Vào Settings bằng cách mở tab mới và chạy đường dẫn chrome://settings → tìm kiếm từ khóa “bộ nhớ đệm” → chọn mục Xóa dữ liệu duyệt web.&#x20;

Hoặc nhấn tổ hợp phím tắt Ctrl + Shift + Del

Bước 2: Chọn Nâng cao → chọn All Time → chọn Cookie và các dữ liệu khác của trang web

Bước 3: Cuối cùng bạn chọn Xóa dữ liệu để thực hiện
