# Cài đặt các trường bắt buộc trong Call Popup (Set up required information fields in Call Popup)

Thêm tính năng thiết lập trường thông tin bắt buộc trong Call Popup. Cho phép user lựa chọn trường thông tin nào bắt buộc hoặc không bắt buộc

Bước 1: Vào Thiết lập -> chọn Thiết lập tổng đài -> chọn Cửa sổ cuộc gọi

Bước 2: Tick vào ô Trường bắt buộc mong muốn

Bước 3: Lưu

Lưu ý: Khi chọn trường bắt buộc (ô viền đỏ), user phải nhập thông tin cho trường đó thì mới có thể Lưu/Đóng Popup
