# 13. Cấu hình thời gian chờ (Configuring the Timeout)
Hướng dẫn cấu hình thời gian chờ thay đổi người phụ trách khi chưa trả lời session: (Guide to Configuring the Timeout for Changing the Assignee When There Is No Response to the Session:)
Sau khoảng thời gian thiết lập, nếu agent được assign không trả lời thì session tự động assign cho agent khác theo quy luật phân công\
*(After the set timeout period, if the assigned agent does not respond, the session will automatically be reassigned to another agent according to the assignment rules.)*
**Bước 1:** Vào **Setting**\
*(**Step 1:** Go to **setting**)*
**Bước 2:** Chọn **Omni**\
*(**Step 2**: Select **omni**)*
**Bước 3:** Chọn **Thiết lập khác**\
*(**Step 3**: Select **Other Settings**.)*
**Bước 4**: Nhập Thời gian chờ tối đa của session mong muốn (phút)\
*(**Step 4**: Enter the desired maximum session timeout (in minutes).)*
**Bước 5**: Kích hoạt\

**Bước 5.** Kéo trang thiết lập xuống dưới cùng và Click **Lưu**\
