# 2.1 Thêm hỗ trợ (Adding Support)

**Bước 1.** Đi đến trang Cài đặt Fanpage - mục **Hỗ trợ** (theo hướng dẫn ở trên)\

Nếu muốn xóa user ra khỏi danh sách hỗ trợ, hãy click nút **X**\

Tick hoặc bỏ tick để tùy chỉnh nhận chat Facebook, nhận bình luận Facebook cho mỗi nhân viên hỗ trợ\
