# 2.2. Cấu hình phân công (Assignment Configuration)

**Bước 1.** Đi đến trang Cài đặt Fanpage - mục **Chế độ phân công** (theo hướng dẫn ở trên)\
*(**Step 1:** Go to the **Fanpage Settings page - Assignment Configuration** section (as per the instructions above).)*

**Bước 2.** Bật tính năng **Tự động phân phối** \
*(**Step 2:** Enable the **Automatic***** Assign *****feature.**)*

**Bước 3:** Tick vào Chế độ phân công mong muốn : **Tuần tự** hoặc **Ngẫu nhiên**\
*(**Step 3:** Tick the desired Assignment Mode: **Round robin** or **Random**)*<br>

* **Tuần tự:** Các tin nhắn và bình luận của Fanpage sẽ được tự động phân phối  tuần tự cho các nhân viên trong danh sách user hỗ trợ.\
  *(**Round robin:** Messages and comments from the Fanpage will be automatically distributed in sequence to the support users in the list.)*<br>
* **Ngẫu nhiên:** Các tin nhắn và bình luận của Fanpage sẽ được tự động phân phối ngẫu nhiên cho các nhân viên trong danh sách user hỗ trợ.\
  *(**Random:** Messages and comments from the Fanpage will be automatically distributed randomly to the support users in the list.)*

**Bước 4.** Tùy chọn áp dụng cho nhân viên\
*(**Step 4**: Options apply to employees.)*

* **Chỉ nhân viên online:** Chỉ áp dụng phân công cho nhân viên đang online\
  *(**Only users online**: Applies the assignment only to employees who are currently online.)*
* **Tất cả nhân viên:** Áp dụng phân công cho tất cả nhân viên dù đang offline\
  *(**All users**: Applies the assignment to all employees, even those who are offline.)*
