# 2.3. Cấu hình tương tác (Interaction Configuration)

**Bước 1.** Đi đến trang Cài đặt **Fanpage** - mục **Thêm tương tác** (theo hướng dẫn ở trên)\

**Bước 2:** Thiết lập Quyền xem và tương tác với session:\

Tick hoặc bỏ tick để tùy chỉnh cấp quyền xem/thao tác cho các nhân viên hỗ trợ\

**Bước 3**. Chọn thẻ , thẻ được chọn sẽ gắn tự động vào các khách hàng mới từ Fanpage này\

**Bước 4.** Chọn nguồn , các khách hàng mới từ page này sẽ có nguồn là nguồn đã chọn\

**Bước 5:** Thiết lập Trả lời bình luận bằng bình luận\
