# 20.Tính năng phân công chat được tạo ra khi trả lời từ bình luận cho chính người bấm trả lời

**Bước 1:** Vào Thiết lập

(Go to Settings)

**Bước 2:** Thiết lập chat đa kênh

(Go to Omni Conversations)

**Bước 3:** Thiết lập khác\
