# 3.3 Xem lịch sử hội thoại (Viewing Conversation History)

**Bước 1:** Mở một session chat: nhắn tin/ bình luận\
(**Step 1:** Open a chat session: send a message/comment.)

**Bước 2:** Click vào icon Lịch sử hội thoại\
(**Step 2**: Click on the Conversation History  icon.)

(Assignment History:)

* &#x20;Gồm Loại phân công: tự động/thủ công\
  (Includes Assignment Type: automatic/manual.)
* Nhân viên phân công, Nhân viên được phân công\
  (Assigned Employee, Employee Assigned.)
* Thời gian phân công\
  (Assignment Time.)
