# 5. Quản lý bài Post (Post Management)

**Bước 1:** Mở trang Hội thoại đa kênh\
(**Step 1:** Open the Omnichannel Conversations page.)

**Bước 2:** Click vào tab Facebook \
(**Step 2:** Click on the Facebook tab.)

**Bước 3:** Chọn **Lọc**, tích vào **Bài viết**, bạn sẽ thấy các bình luận vừa nhận từ khách hàng Facebook\

**Bước 3:** Lúc này sẽ hiện ra 1 thanh nhập nội dung trả lời ở dưới bình luận đó, nhập nội dung trả lời\
