# 8. Gắn nhãn session (Tagging session)
Tính năng này cho phép gắn 1/nhiều nhãn cho 1 session chat để phân loại các session theo Nhãn. Có 2 cách gắn nhãn cho session:
*(This feature allows you to tag one or multiple labels to a chat session in order to categorize the sessions by labels. There are 2 ways to tag labels for a session:)*
**Cách 1:** Bấm vào icon nhãn \
*(**Method 1:** Click on label icon**)*
**Bước 1**. Vào xem 1 tin nhắn/bình luận bất kỳ\
*(**Step 1:** Open any message/comment.)*
**Bước 2**: Click vào icon Tags\
*(**Step 2**: Click on icon tags)*
**Bước 3**: Chọn các Nhãn từ danh sách có sẵn\
*(**Step 3**: Select labels from the available list.)*
**Cách 2**: Chọn nhãn từ danh sách nhãn nằm trên ô chatbox\
*(**Method 2**: Select a label from the list of labels on the chatbox)*
Click một lần để gắn nhãn, Click 2 lần để bỏ gắn nhãn\
(Single click to label, double click to unlabel.)
Nhãn sau khi được cập nhật thành công sẽ nằm ở danh sách các session - ngay dưới tên session\
*(Once the label is successfully updated, it will appear in the session list, just below the session name.)*
