# 2.1.1. Thêm hỗ trợ (Adding support)

Bước 1. Đi đến trang Cài đặt page - mục Hỗ trợ (theo hướng dẫn ở trên)

Bước 2. Chọn hoặc tìm kiếm Nhóm hỗ trợ để thêm vào danh sách hỗ trợ

Bước 3. Chọn hoặc tìm kiếm User hỗ trợ để thêm vào danh sách User hỗ trợ

Tick hoặc bỏ tick để tùy chỉnh nhận chat Instagram, nhận bình luận Instagram cho mỗi nhân viên hỗ trợ
