# 2.1.3. Cấu hình tương tác (Interactive Configuration)

Bước 1. Đi đến trang Cài đặt Fanpage - mục Tương tác (theo hướng dẫn ở trên)

Bước 2: Thiết lập Quyền xem và thao tác với phiên Chat:

Tick hoặc bỏ tick để tùy chỉnh cấp quyền xem/thao tác cho các nhân viên hỗ trợ

Bước 3. Chọn thẻ , thẻ được chọn sẽ gắn tự động vào các khách hàng mới từ Fanpage này

Bước 4. Chọn nguồn , các khách hàng mới từ page này sẽ có nguồn là nguồn đã chọn
