# Thêm lý do tạm dừng

## I. Thiết lập danh sách lí do tạm dừng

**Bước 1:** Vào Thiết lập -> Thiết lập chat đa kênh -> Thiết lập khác

**Bước 2:** Tại Cấu hình lý do tạm dừng: Nhập nội dung mong muốn và nhấn Enter trên bàn phím

**Bước 3**: Kéo xuống dưới cùng và nhấn **Lưu**

Thông báo hiển thị thành công

Lúc này sẽ xuất hiện popup danh sách lí do đã thiết lập, người dùng chọn 1 lí do rồi bấm Xong
