# 13. Gửi chiến dịch SMS whatsapp (Sending Whatsapp SMS Campaign)

Sau khi tạo thành công mẫu mới, bạn có thể sử dụng mẫu để gửi chiến dịch theo 2 cách:

*(After successfully creating a new template, you can use the template to send campaigns in 2 ways:)*

* Phương thức 1:

       (Method 1:)

**Bước 1:** Tại màn hình **AntCRM**, chọn **Chiến dịch** ở phía bên trái → nhấp vào **WhatsApp**

***(**Step 1: At the AntCRM screen, select the campaign on the left side → click Whatsapp)*

**Bước 2:** Nhấp vào nút **Tạo chiến dịch** (Create campaign).

Bước 3: Chọn  **liên hệ** sẽ nhận tin nhắn → nhấp vào nút **Tiếp tục**.

Có thể **nhập danh sách liên hệ** bằng cách nhấp vào **“Nhập danh sách PID”**

**Bước 4:** Nhập các thông tin cần thiết, sau đó nhấp vào nút **Tạo chiến dịch**.

Bước 5: Sau khi tạo chiến dịch thành công, click "phê duyệt" để chạy chiến dịch

Bước 6: Viết ghi chú để phê duyệt chiến dịch -> Click nút "tiếp tục"

Bước 7: Chọn "Xem báo cáo" để xem thống kê của chiến lược

* Phương thức 2: Gửi riêng từng khách hàng như sau

*(Method 2: Send individually to each customer as follows)*

Bước 1: Tại màn hình AntCRM, chọn khách hàng tiềm nắng sau đó chọn tài khoản bạn muốn gửi mẫu

Bước 2: Sau khi chọn khách hàng người mà cần gửi mẫu, click nút "whatsapp"

Bước 3: Cửa sổ pop-up WhatsApp sẽ hiển thị, chọn mẫu WhatsApp đã tạo trước đó rồi nhấn nút "Gửi"
