# 15.1. Tạo mẫu (Creating template)

* Cài đặt mẫu whatsapp 

    *(Setting whatsapp template)*

Bước 1: Tại màn hình AntCRM, chọn chiến dịch ở bên trái -> click whatsapp

Bước 2: Click "tạo mẫu"

Bước 3: Nhập và chọn thông tin cần thiết, sau đó click "tiếp tục", nhập thông tin -> click lưu

Bước 4: Sau khi tạo thành công mẫu mới, nhấp vào nút **Lưu** để thay đổi trạng thái thành **Đã duyệt**.

* Cài đặt mẫu ZNS

Bước 1: Vào cài đặt -> Chọn mẫu -> Mẫu ZNS và click nút thêm mẫu
