# 2.1. Thêm user hỗ trợ (Adding user support)

Bước 1: Vào cài đặt - mục hỗ trợ (như đã trình bày ở trên)

Bước 2: Chọn hoặc tìm kiếm các Nhóm để thêm vào danh sách hỗ trợ

Bước 3: Chọn hoặc tìm kiếm người dùng hỗ trợ để thêm vào danh sách người dùng hỗ trợ

Để xóa người dùng từ danh sách người dùng hỗ trợ, click nút "X"
