# 2.3. Cấu hình phân công (Assignment Configuration)

Bước 1: Vào cài đặt whatsapp - Chọn cấu hình phân công (đã nêu ở trên)\

Bước 2: Bật tính năng phân công tự động\

Bước 3: Tick vào Chế độ Phân công mong muốn: **Tuần tự** hoặc **Ngẫu nhiên** \

**Tuần tự:** Tin nhắn sẽ được phân phối tự động lần lượt cho các nhân viên trong danh sách người dùng hỗ trợ\

Bước 4: Tùy chọn: Áp dụng cài đặt cho các nhân viên cụ thể\
