# Tạo sản phẩm và mã thẻ cho sản phẩm (Create products and product codes)
## I. Tạo sản phẩm
**(Create product)**
**Bước 1:** Trên trang AntCRM, chọn Thiết lập -> Khách hàng thân thiết -> chọn Sản phẩm.\
Tại giao diện sản phẩm, chọn Thêm sản phẩm\
(**Step 1:** On AntCRM page, choose Settings -> Loyalty -> choose Product.\
At the Product screen, choose Add product)
Bước 2: Nhập các thông tin cần thiết sau đó nhấn nút  để thêm sản phẩm hoặc nút  để hủy tạo sản phẩm

Nhập đơn vị sản phẩm (cái, kg,..) (Enter product unit (piece, kg,..))
|

Thời gian nhắc nhở (ngày) * (Reminder time (days)*)
|
Thời gian nhắc nhở là nhắc nhở khách hàng tích điểm sẽ tạo task và thời gian hoàn thành task (Nếu người dùng nhập thời gian nhắc nhở là 2 thì thời gian nhắc nhở = thời gian tích điểm + 2 ngày) (The reminder time is for reminding customers to accumulate points, which will create a task with a set completion time. (If the user enters a reminder time of 2, then the reminder time = point accumulation date + 2 days))

Nhóm phụ trách (Group assignee)
|
Chọn nhóm phụ trách sản phẩm (Select the team responsible for the product)
|
|
Mô tả (Specifications)
|
Nhập mô tả về sản phẩm (Enter the description of product)

**Lưu ý**: các trường có dấu (\*) là thông tin bắt buộc phải nhập.\
(**Note**: Fields marked with (\*) are required information.)
**Bước 3:** Sau khi tạo sản phẩm thành công, sản phẩm sẽ hiển thị tại mục danh sách sản phẩm, người dùng có thể sửa đổi thông tin về sản phẩm bằng cách nhấn nút  và xóa sản phẩm bằng cách nhấn nút \
(**Step 3:** After successfully creating a product, it will appear in the product list. The user can edit product information by clicking on button and delete the product by clicking on button.)
## II. Tạo mã thẻ
**(Create a product code.)**
Bước 1: Trên trang AntCRM, chọn Thiết lập -> Khách hàng thân thiết -> Mã thẻ\
(**Step 1:** On AntCRM page, choose Settings -> Loyalty -> choose Code.)
**Bước 2:** Thêm mã thẻ\
(**Step 2:** Add product code)
Có 2 cách để thêm mã thẻ:\
(There are two ways to add a product code:)
* Cách 1: Nhập thủ công\
(Method 1: Enter manually)\
Chọn Thêm mã thẻ, nhập các thông tin cần thiết vào các trường sau đó nhấn nút  để thêm mã thẻ hoặc nút  để hủy tạo mã thẻ\
(Select \*Add product Code\*, enter the necessary information into the fields, and then click on button to add a tag code or button to cancel creating product code)

Sản phẩm \* (Product \*)
|
Chọn sản phẩm cho mã thẻ (Choose product for product code)
Nhập mã tiền tố của sản phẩm (Enter the product prefix code)

Điểm \* (Point \*)
|
Số điểm của mã thẻ (Enter the points for the product code)
|
|
Số lượng \* (Quantity \*)
|
Số lượng mã thẻ (Enter the quantity of product codes)
|
|
Ngày hết hạn (Expired date)
|
Ngày mã thẻ hết hạn (Enter the expiration date of the product code)

Sau khi thêm mã thẻ thành công, mã thẻ mới sẽ hiển thị tại danh sách mã thẻ\
(After successfully adding the product code, the new product code will appear in the product code list.)
**Cách 2:** Nhập bằng cách tải file excel lên\
(**Method 2:** Enter by uploading an Excel file)\

Bước 1: Nhấn vào icon  bên cạnh nút Thêm mã thẻ, chọn Tải lên\
(Step 1: Click onto icon  beside Add product code button, chose Import)
Bước 2: Chọn Tải về để tải mẫu dữ liệu về máy\
(Step 2: Select Download to download the sample data to your computer)
Điền các thông tin cần thiết như trong mẫu\
(Fill in the necessary information as in the form)
* Sau đó tải mẫu dữ liệu lên bằng cách bấm nút Choose file\
(Then upload the sample data by clicking the Choose file button)
Bước 3: Chọn trang Excel để tải lên và chọn các cột có giá trị tương ứng với các cột trong bảng Excel, sau đó nhấn nút \
(Select the Excel file to upload and choose the columns that correspond to the values in the Excel sheet, then click onbutton)
Nhấn nút  để thêm mã thẻ\
(Press  button to add product code)
