1. Cấu hình

Bước 1: Trên trang AntCRM, chọn Thiết lập, chọn tiếp KHTT, sau đó chọn Tin nhắn (Step 1: On AntCRM page, choose Settings, choose Royalty, then choose SMS)

2. Tích điểm

Khi người dùng muốn nhắn tin số điểm tích lũy cho khách hàng: (When the user wants to send the accumulated points to the customer:)
Bước 1: Kích hoạt mẫu tin (Step 1: Activate the message)
Bước 2: Nhập tin nhắn theo định dạng tên sản phẩm tích lũy, điểm tích lũy, điểm hạng, số điểm (Step 2: Enter the message in the format of product name, accumulated points, rank points, and total points)
Bước 3: Nhấn nút Lưu (Step 3: Press Save button)
3. Đổi quà
(3. Redeem gift)
Gửi tin nhắn khi đổi quà (Send a message when redeeming a gift)
Bước 1: Kích hoạt gửi tin nhắn khi đổi quà (Step 1: Activate message sending when exchanging a gift)
Bước 2: Nhập mẫu tin theo định dạng tên quà tặng quy đổi, điểm tích lũy, điểm hạng (Step 2: Enter the message template in the format of the exchange gift name, accumulated points, and rank points)
Bước 3: Nhấn nút Lưu (Step 3: Press Save button)
Gửi tin nhắn nhắc nhở đổi quà: (Send a reminder message to exchange the gift)
Bước 1: Kích hoạt gửi tin nhắn đổi quà (Step 1: Activate message sending for gift exchange)
Bước 2: Chọn nút Thêm vào mẫu (Step 2: Choose Add template button)
Bước 3: Nhập các thông tin cần thiết vào trường thông tin, sau đó nhấn nút Thêm (Step 3: Enter the necessary information into the fields, press button)
Bước 4: Sau khi thêm thành công, quà tặng sẽ hiển thị tại danh sách đổi quà, người dùng có thể sửa đổi thông tin về sản phẩm bằng cách nhấn nút
và xóa sản phẩm bằng cách nhấn nút

Bước 2: Nhập số điểm nhắc nhở và mẫu tin theo định dạng hạng hiện tại, điểm tích lũy, điểm hạng (Step 2: Enter the reminder points and message template in the format of current tier, accumulated points, and rank points)
