# Tạo tin nhắn (Create message)

### 1. Cấu hình (1. Configure)

* Bước 1: Trên trang AntCRM, chọn Thiết lập, chọn tiếp KHTT, sau đó chọn Tin nhắn\
  (Step 1: On AntCRM page, choose Settings, choose Royalty, then choose SMS)

### 2. Tích điểm (2. Point collection)

Khi người dùng muốn nhắn tin số điểm tích lũy cho khách hàng:\

* Bước 1: Kích hoạt mẫu tin\
  (Step 1: Activate the message)
* Bước 2: Nhập tin nhắn theo định dạng tên sản phẩm tích lũy, điểm tích lũy, điểm hạng, số điểm\
  (Step 2: Enter the message in the format of product name, accumulated points, rank points, and total points)
* Bước 3: Nhấn nút Lưu\
  (Step 3: Press Save button)

### **3. Đổi quà** \&#xNAN;**(3. Redeem gift)**

Gửi tin nhắn khi đổi quà\
(Send a message when redeeming a gift)

* Bước 1: Kích hoạt gửi tin nhắn khi đổi quà\
  (Step 1: Activate message sending when exchanging a gift)
* Bước 2: Nhập mẫu tin theo định dạng tên quà tặng quy đổi, điểm tích lũy, điểm hạng\
  (Step 2: Enter the message template in the format of the exchange gift name, accumulated points, and rank points)
* Bước 3: Nhấn nút Lưu\
  (Step 3: Press Save button)

* Bước 2: Chọn nút Thêm vào mẫu\
  (Step 2: Choose Add template button)

* Bước 3: Nhập các thông tin cần thiết vào trường thông tin, sau đó nhấn nút Thêm\

* Step 4: After successfully adding, the gift will appear in the redemption list.
