# Hướng dẫn thiết lập ticket từ email (Instructions to set up tickets from email)

Bước 1: Vào Thiết lập-> Phiếu yêu cầu -> Kênh hỗ trợ -> Hôp thư\
(Step 1: Go to setting -> Tickest -> Support channels -> Email)

Bước 2: Thêm email hỗ trợ\
(Step 2: Press Add support email)

Lưu ý: Nếu bạn sử dụng tính năng bảo mật 2 lớp, thì mật khẩu đăng nhập phải là mật khẩu ứng dụng của email. (Note: If you use 2-layer security, the login password must be the email application password.)

Bước 4: Chọn Đăng ký

Bước 5: Vào Thiết lập ⇒ Phiếu yêu cầu ⇒ Kênh hỗ trợ ⇒ Kích hoạt Email hỗ trợ\
(Step 5: Enter Settings ⇒ Tickets ⇒  Support channels ⇒ Active Support email address)
