Tạo bản mẫu cho Ticket (Create a template for ticket)

Tính năng này cho phép Owner và Admin tạo mẫu ticket có chứa sẵn các thông tin cần thiết và chia sẻ cho nhân viên sử dụng. (This feature allows Owners and Admins to create ticket templates that contain the necessary information and share them for agents to use.)

I. Tạo bản mẫu Ticket (I. Create ticket template)

Bước 1: Vào Thiết lập -> Bản mẫu -> Mẫu phiếu yêu cầu (Step 1: Enter Settings -> Templates -> Ticket template)

Bước 2: Chọn Thêm mẫu (Step 2: Choose Add template)

Bước 3: Nhập các thông tin muốn điền cho mẫu phiếu yêu cầu (Step 3: Enter the information that you want to fill in the ticket template)

Bước 4: Nhấn nút Lưu (Step 4: Press Save button)

II. Sử dụng: (II. Usage)

Bước 1: Tạo phiếu yêu cầu: (Step 1: Create ticket)

Cách 1: Vào CSKH ⇒ Phiếu yêu cầu ⇒ Tạo phiếu (Method 1: Vào Customer services ⇒=> Tickets ⇒ Create Ticket)

Cách 2: Bấm vào icon trên góc trái màn hình, chọn tạo Phiếu yêu cầu (Method 2: Click the icon in the top left corner of the screen, then select "Create Ticket")
