# 1.2. Tổng đài cuộc gọi (Call Center)

Bước 1: Vào Khảo sát -> Mẫu khảo sát

Bước 2: Chọn tab Tổng đài

Bước 3: Bấm nút Tạo mẫu mới

*(Step 3: Click the Create New Template button)*

Bước 4: Bấm nút "Tiếp tục"

Bước 4: Điền các thông tin

* Mô tả

*(Description)*

* Loại khảo sát: CSAT/NPS

*(Survey types: CSAT/NPS)*

* Kênh áp dụng: Tổng đài

*(Applicable channels: Call center)*

Bước 5: Bấm chọn Mẫu tùy chỉnh

Bước 6: Bấm nút "Tiếp tục"

Bước 8: Chọn kích hoạt Tự động gửi đánh giá, trong đó có thể chọn danh mục cấp 3 của cuộc gọi để tự động gửi

Bước 9: Chọn dịch vụ gửi tin nhắn SMS/ZNS

Lựa chọn Dịch vụ gửi SMS/ ZNS

Nhập Nội dung SMS

Bước 10: Lưu

Bước 11: Quay về danh sách Mẫu khảo sát và chọn Active để sử dụng mẫu
