# Antbot đánh giá

### Để sử dụng tính năng Antbot đánh giá  thì trước tiên cần thực hiện Tích hợp các kênh cần đánh giá vào Hội thoại đa kênh(Facebook, Zalo OA, GG map review ....) =⇒ Mỗi đoạn chat/ cmt/ review của khách hàng sẽ được tính là 1 đoạn hội thoại

### 3.1 .Truy cập giao diện đánh giá

* Đăng nhập vào hệ thống AntCRM
* Vào module Hội thoại(chat/review) hoặc Phiếu yêu cầu (ticket)

* Tại giao diện chi tiết hội thoại hoặc phiếu yêu cầu cụ thể, nhân viên bấm nút AntBot đánh giá.
* Hệ thống AI sẽ tự động phân tích nội dung phản hồi của khách hàng.\ <br>

### 3.2. Xem kết quả

* Sau khi xử lý, hệ thống sẽ hiển thị kết quả phân tích cảm xúc tại vị trí nút Bấm Đánh giá
