# 13. Cấu hình thời gian chờ (Configuring the Timeout)

Sau khoảng thời gian thiết lập, nếu agent được assign không trả lời thì session tự động assign cho agent khác theo quy luật phân công\
\&#xNAN;*(After the set timeout period, if the assigned agent does not respond, the session will automatically be reassigned to another agent according to the assignment rules.)*

**Bước 1:** Vào **Setting**\
\&#xNAN;*(**Step 1:** Go to **setting**)*

**Bước 2:**  Chọn **Omni**\
\&#xNAN;*(**Step 2**: Select **omni**)*

**Bước 3:** Chọn **Thiết lập khác**\
\&#xNAN;*(**Step 3**: Select **Other Settings**.)*

**Bước 4**:  Nhập Thời gian chờ tối đa của session mong muốn (phút)\

**Bước 5**: Kích hoạt\
