# 19. Cấu hình hiển thị (Configuring layout)

Tính năng này cho phép người dùng thiết lập cấu hình hiển thị\
(This feature allows user to set up configuring layout)

**Bước 1:** Trên thanh menu trái, click Thiết lập\
(**Step 1:** On the left menu bar, click Settings.)

**Bước 2:** Click nút Hội thoại đa kênh\
(**Step 2**: Click the Omni-channel Conversations button.)

**Bước 3**: Mở phần thiết lập khác\
(**Step 3:** Open the other settings session.)

**Bước 4:** Chọn cấu hình hiển thị\
(**Step 4:** Select Config layout)

**Bước 5:** Tại giao diện cấu hình hiển thị, có thể bật/tắt kích hoạt tính năng\
(**Step 5:** At config layout interface, can enable or disable the feature.)

**Bước 6:** Chọn giao diện\
(**Step 6**: Select interface)

Để chọn giao diện, vào **Thiết lập -> Giao diện -> Hội thoại đa kênh**\
To select the interface, go to **Settings -> Layout -> Conversations**
