4.1 Bình luận chăm sóc khách hàng (Customer Support Commenting)

Bước 1: Tại bình luận của khách hàng (Xem hướng dẫn ở đây ), Nhập nội dung bình luận (Step 1: Go to the customer's comment (see instructions here) and enter the comment content.)

Bước 2: Nhấn Enter để gửi bình luận (Step 2: Press Enter to submit the comment.)

Hoặc sử dụng mẫu tin nhắn đã tạo sẵn, nhập "/ " để hiển thị mẫu tin nhắn (Or input '/' to display the message template that was created before.)

Lựa chọn tin nhắn mỗi nhấn enter, tin nhắn sẽ hiển thị dưới dạng bình luận trên facebook (Choose a template and press Enter to post it as a Facebook comment)

Bình luận sẽ được reply cho khách hàng trên fanpage (The comment will be replied to the customer on the fanpage)
