# 4.5 Hướng dẫn thêm tính năng Xóa và Ẩn bình luận facebook cho member

Tính năng này giúp Owner phân quyền cho member được phép Xóa hoặc Ẩn bình luận facebook trong Omni.

Bước 1: Vào Thiết lập ->Thiết lập hội thoại đa kênh  -> Tích hợp kênh tin nhắn -> chọn Tích hợp Facebook

Bước 2: Chọn Page, vào cài đặt

Bước 3: Chọn tab Nhân viên hỗ trợ, Tick vào ô Ẩn bình luận/Xóa bình luận cho member
