Bước 2 : Chọn setup -> API access -> bật Google Play Android Developer API và Google Play Developer Reporting API&#x20;

Bước 3: Truy cập [https://console.cloud.google.com/projectselector2/iam-admin/serviceaccounts](https://console.cloud.google.com/projectselector2/iam-admin/serviceaccounts?supportedpurview=project\&authuser=1). Sau đó chọn project

Bước 4: Click chọn CREATE SERVICE ACCOUNT

Bước 5: Nhập thông tin và click CREATE AND CONTINUE

Bước 6: Chọn role là editor rồi click button CONTINUE

Bước 7: Click DONE để hoàn tất

Bước 8: Sau khi hoàn thành tạo, chọn email bạn vừa tạo

Bước 9: Chọn tab KEYS

Bước 10: Click ADD KEY -> Chọn Create new key

Bước 11: Chọn Key type là JSON -> CREATE -> Download về máy

Bước 12: Truy cập CRM -> Setting -> Omni -> Tích hợp Google Play -> Click Tích hợp

Bước 13: Nhập thông tin Google Play (Package name là tên app trong chplay, tên trang là tên app hiển thị trong crm, file JSON là file đã tải về ở B11) và nhấn Lưu
