# Hướng dẫn cài extension AntCRM Omnichannel Conversations

Cài extension để xử lý các lỗi khi gửi tin nhắn qua facebook API:<br>

* Tính năng reply tin nhắn gốc Facebook
* Dẫn link đến đúng hội thoại của khách hàng trên Meta Business
* Cho phép nhắn tin với khách hàng đã nhắn tin vào page quá 7 ngày&#x20;
* Trả lời tin nhắn từ 1 bình luận: Chủ động gửi tin nhắn cho khách hàng từ bình luận, cho phép gửi nhiều hơn 1 tin nhắn&#x20;

**Lưu ý: Tài khoản facebook của người dùng phải được thêm vào Meta Business để có thể sử dụng extension**

**Bước 2:** Chọn Thêm vào Chrome
