2.1 Thêm hỗ trợ (Adding Support)

Bước 1. Đi đến trang Cài đặt Fanpage - mục Hỗ trợ (theo hướng dẫn ở trên)

(Step 1: Go to the Fanpage Settings page - Support section (as per the instructions above).)

Bước 2. Chọn hoặc tìm kiếm Nhóm hỗ trợ để thêm vào danh sách hỗ trợ

(Step 2: Select or search for a Support group to add to support list)

Bước 3. Chọn hoặc tìm kiếm User hỗ trợ để thêm vào danh sách User hỗ trợ

(Step 3: Select or search for a Support User to add to the support user list.)

Nếu muốn xóa user ra khỏi danh sách hỗ trợ, hãy click nút X

(If you want to remove a user from the support list, click the X button.)

Tick hoặc bỏ tick để tùy chỉnh nhận chat Facebook, nhận bình luận Facebook cho mỗi nhân viên hỗ trợ

(Tick or untick to customize receiving Facebook chats or Facebook comments for each support user.)
