8.1. Thêm mẫu tin nhắn

(Adding message template)

Bước 1: Nhập thông tin cho mẫu tin nhắn mới

(Step 1: Input the information for the new message template)

• Tiêu đề: Không bắt buộc

(Title: Optional)

• Nội dung: Tin nhắn sẽ được hiển thị khi gửi đến khách hàng

(Content: The message that will be displayed when sent to the customer)

• Danh mục: Chọn hoặc tìm kiếm thẻ để thêm vào mẫu tin nhắn (không bắt buộc)

Bước 2: Chọn Add

8.2. Sửa mẫu tin nhắn

Bước 1: Click vào icon dể chỉnh sửa mẫu tin nhắn
