1.1 Thiết lập tài khoản instagram business (Set up instagram business account)

Trong phần Cài đặt, hãy tìm mục Tài khoản rồi nhấn vào Chuyển sang tài khoản công việc. (In the Settings section, find the Account section and click on Switch to Business Account.)

Chọn hạng mục mô tả chính xác nhất về doanh nghiệp của bạn, sau đó chọn Kinh doanh. (Select the category that best describes your business, then choose Business.)

1.2. Kết nối Instagram Business với Fanpage Facebook

Bước1: Vào Fanpage Facebook muốn kết nối tài khoản Instagram Business

Bước 2: Vào Page setting

(Step 2: Go to Page Settings.)

Bước 3: Chọn Instagram

(Step 3: Select Instagram.)

Bước 4: Chọn Connect Account

(Step 4: Click on Connect Account.)

Bước 5: Đăng nhập vào tài khoản Instagram Business

1.3. Tích hợp Instagram Business vào CRM

Bước 1: Vào Thiết lập -> Thiết lập hội thoại đa kênh -> Tích hợp Instagram -> Tích hợp

Bước 2: Đăng nhập vào Facebook quản lí Fan Page
