# 10.2.Sử dụng mẫu tin nhắn (Using messenger template)
Bước 1: tại thanh chat, Click vào biểu tượng , các mẫu tin nhắn sẽ hiện ra

Bước 2: click vào dòng mẫu tin nhắn cần dùng để chọn

Bước 3: Tin nhắn sau khi được chọn sẽ nằm ở khung chat, nhấn Enter để gửi

Mẫu tin nhắn sau khi được gửi:

Có thể lọc nhanh danh sách tin nhắn mẫu theo nội dung hoặc theo Danh mục
