10.2.Sử dụng mẫu tin nhắn (Using messenger template)

Bước 1: tại thanh chat, Click vào biểu tượng , các mẫu tin nhắn sẽ hiện ra

(Step 1: In the chat bar, click on the icon , and the message templates will appear.)

Bước 2: click vào dòng mẫu tin nhắn cần dùng để chọn

(Step 2: Click on the message template line you want to use to select it.)

Bước 3: Tin nhắn sau khi được chọn sẽ nằm ở khung chat, nhấn Enter để gửi

(Step 3: The selected message will appear in the chat box; press Enter to send.)

Mẫu tin nhắn sau khi được gửi:

Có thể lọc nhanh danh sách tin nhắn mẫu theo nội dung hoặc theo Danh mục

(You can quickly filter the list of message templates by content or by category.)
