# 11. Thiết lập thời gian đóng session (Setting up session timeout)

Tính năng này cho phép hệ thống kiểm tra và đóng session tự động sau thời gian thiết lập kể từ tin nhắn cuối cùng của nhân viên.

*(This feature allows the system to automatically check and close sessions after a set time from the staff's last message)*

Bước 1: Click Thiết lập

Bước 2: Click thiết lập Hội thoại đa kênh

Bước 4: Nhập thời gian mong muốn, tin nhắn kết thúc session và bật kích hoạt tính năng

Ví dụ : với setting 30 phút, một session đang được hỗ trợ với tin nhắn cuối là tin nhắn của nhân viên và trong vòng 30 phút session này không có thêm tin nhắn nữa thì session đó sẽ được đóng tự động và gửi kèm lời chào kết thúc session

*(For example: With a 30-minute setting, if a session is being supported with the last message sent by the employee, and no further messages are received within 30 minutes, the session will automatically close and send a farewell message to end the session.)*

Bước 5. Kéo trang thiết lập xuống dưới cùng và Click **Lưu**
