# 2.1.2. Cấu hình phân công (Assignment configuration)

Bước 1. Đi đến trang Cài đặt Instagram - mục Cấu hình phân công (theo hướng dẫn ở trên)

Bước 2. Bật tính năng Tự động phân phối

*(Step 2. Enable the Auto-Distribution feature)*

Bước 3: Tick vào Chế độ phân công mong muốn : Tuần tự hoặc Ngẫu nhiên

Tuần tự: Các tin nhắn và bình luận của Fanpage sẽ được tự động phân phối  tuần tự cho các nhân viên trong danh sách user hỗ trợ.

*(Sequential: Messages and comments from the Fanpage will be automatically distributed sequentially to staff members in the support user list)*

Ngẫu nhiên: Các tin nhắn và bình luận của Fanpage sẽ được tự động phân phối ngẫu nhiên cho các nhân viên trong danh sách user hỗ trợ.

*(Random: Messages and comments from the Fanpage will be automatically distributed randomly to staff members in the support user list)*

Bước 4. Tùy chọn áp dụng cho nhân viên

* Chỉ nhân viên online : Chỉ áp dụng phân công cho nhân viên đang online
* Tất cả nhân viên: Áp dụng phân công cho tất cả nhân viên dù đang offline

*Online staff only: Apply assignment only to staff members who are online*

*All staff: Apply assignment to all staff members, even if they are offline)*

Bước 5. Click Lưu
