# 5. Thay đổi người phụ trách session (Change the person assign to session)

Bước 1. Vào xem 1 tin nhắn/comment bất kỳ

*(Step 1: Open any message/comment)*

Bước 2: Phía dưới tên của khách hàng có dòng “Phụ trách Nguyen Thi Ny Na"

*(Step 2: Below the customer's name, it has "Assign to: Nguyen Thi Ny Na")*

Bước 3: click vào nút chỉnh sửa bên cạnh để đổi người phân công

*(Step 3: Click the edit button next to it to change the assigned person)*

Chọn Nhóm và Người chịu trách nhiệm và click Phụ trách
