# Hướng dẫn quản lý và hỗ trợ khách hàng từ Live Chat

Khi có khách hàng yêu cầu hỗ trợ từ Live Chat, tin nhắn sẽ được đồng bộ đến Omni cùng với thông tin của chính khách hàng đó bao gồm họ tên, phone, email, trang web chứa tính năng Live Chat popup, giới tính, vị trí của khách hàng và trình duyệt mà khách hàng đó đang dùng.
