# Lọc tin nhắn

1. Lọc trên thanh công cụ
2. Lọc theo loại tin nhắn

Bước 1: Tại thanh menu chính, chọn Quản lý hội thoại ⇒ tin nhắn đa kênh

Tại thanh công cụ, chọn biểu tượng hộp thư Chính

Khi bấm vào biểu tượng, sẽ có các loại tin nhắn bạn muốn lọc:

* Chính: là những tin nhắn mới khi khách hàng nhắn tin vào kênh
* Chưa đọc: là những tin nhắn mới chưa đọc
* Chưa trả lời: là những tin nhắn chưa trả lời khách hàng
* Chưa xong: là những tin nhắn chưa hỗ trợ xong
* Quá hạn: là những tin nhắn đã quá hạn hỗ trợ
* Chưa phản hồi 24h: là những tin nhắn chưa phản hồi trong 24h
* Tin nhắn chủ động
* Xong: là những tin nhắn đã hỗ trợ xong

2. Lọc theo kênh

Bước 1: Bấm vào biểu tượng Chọn trang
