# Thêm Phiếu tại trang Omni (Add ticket at the Omni page)

Bước 1. Vào quản lý hội thoại ⇒ Tin nhắn đa kênh ⇒  Vào xem 1 tin nhắn/comment bất kỳ\
(Step 1. Go to Omnichannel Conversation ⇒Conversation  ⇒ Open any message/comment to view.)

Tại thông tin khách hàng sẽ hiện ở bên phải trang, nhấn vào icon ![](/files/YFMtK1hgTwJyeVinBr9o) ở góc bên phải ⇒ chọn Phiếu yêu cầu\

Bước 2: mở tab Phiếu\

Bước 3: click Tạo phiếu\
(Step 3: Create ticket)

Bước 4. Nhập các nội dung yêu cầu trên popup Tạo phiếu\
