# Lọc nhãn OR /AND

Hướng dẫn thêm thiết lập chọn chế độ thẻ lọc OR và AND

## 1. Mục đích: 

Giúp người dùng lọc các hội thoại dựa trên thẻ đã chọn, bằng cách:

* Match All Tags (AND): Chỉ hiển thị các hội thoại chứa tất cả các thẻ đã chọn.
* Match Any Tag (OR): Hiển thị các hội thoại chứa ít nhất một trong các thẻ đã chọn.

Tính năng này hỗ trợ tìm kiếm hội thoại theo Nhãn chính xác hoặc linh hoạt tùy theo nhu cầu của người dùng

## 2. Cách sử dụng: 

### 2.1. Lọc theo điều kiện AND

B1: Vào setting 

B2: Chọn Thiết lập hội thoại đa kênh

B3: Chọn thiết lập khác

B4: Mở nhãn hội thoại và chọn chế độ lọc đồng thời nhiều thẻ

B5: Chọn chế độ AND
