(This guide explains how to configure conversation closing rules, share conversation categories, and perform bulk actions in Omni.)
1. Bắt buộc ghi chú trước khi đóng hội thoại (Require Note Before Closing a Conversation)
Truy cập Settings → Omni → Thiết lập khác → Cấu hình ràng buộc phiên hội thoại.
( Open Settings → Omni → Other Settings → Conversation Session Constraints.)
Bật tùy chọn Ràng buộc ghi chú.
(Enable Require Note.)
Người dùng phải nhập ghi chú trước khi đóng hội thoại.
(Users must enter a note before closing a conversation.)
Nếu chưa nhập ghi chú, hệ thống sẽ hiển thị thông báo lỗi.
(If no note is added, the system will show an error message.)
2. Bắt buộc chọn danh mục trước khi đóng hội thoại (Require Category Before Closing a Conversation)
Vào Settings → Omni → Thiết lập khác → Cấu hình ràng buộc phiên hội thoại.
(Go to Settings → Omni → Other Settings → Conversation Session Constraints.)
Bật tùy chọn Ràng buộc danh mục hội thoại.
Enable Conversation Category Constraint.
Agent phải chọn danh mục trước khi đóng hội thoại.
(Agents must select a category before closing the conversation.)
Nếu chưa chọn danh mục, hệ thống sẽ không cho phép đóng hội thoại.
(If no category is selected, the system will prevent the conversation from being closed.)
3. Bắt buộc chọn nhãn trước khi đóng hội thoại (Require Tag Before Closing a Conversation)
Truy cập Settings → Omni → Thiết lập khác → Cấu hình ràng buộc phiên hội thoại.
(Navigate to Settings → Omni → Other Settings → Conversation Session Constraints.)
Bật tùy chọn Ràng buộc nhãn.
(Enable Tag Constraint.)
Agent phải chọn nhãn trước khi hoàn tất hội thoại.
(Agents must select a tag before completing the conversation.)
Nếu chưa chọn nhãn, hệ thống sẽ hiển thị thông báo lỗi.
(If no tag is selected, an error message will appear.)
4. Chia sẻ danh mục hội thoại cho agent (Share Conversation Categories with Agents)
Truy cập Settings → Omni → Danh mục Omni.
(Go to Settings → Omni → Omni Categories.)
Tạo danh mục mới hoặc chỉnh sửa danh mục hiện có.
(Create a new category or edit an existing one.)
Chọn agent hoặc nhóm agent được phép sử dụng danh mục.
(Choose the agents or agent groups to share the category with.)
Mở module Omni và chọn More.
(Open the Omni module and select More.)
Chọn nhiều phiên hội thoại cùng lúc.
(Select multiple conversation sessions.)
5.1 Đóng nhiều hội thoại cùng lúc (Close Multiple Conversations)
Sau khi chọn các phiên hội thoại, nhấn Mark as Done.
(After selecting sessions, click Mark as Done.)
Tất cả hội thoại đã chọn sẽ được đóng cùng lúc.
(All selected conversations will be closed at once.)
5.2 Gán danh mục hàng loạt (Assign Category in Bulk)
Chọn nhiều hội thoại.
(Select multiple conversations.)
Nhấn Phân loại hội thoại.
(Click Conversation Classification.)
Gán danh mục cấp 1 cho tất cả hội thoại đã chọn.
(Assign a Level 1 category for all selected conversations.)
Admin có thể chọn nhiều bình luận cùng lúc.
(Admins can select multiple comments at once.)
Nhấn Delete để xóa các bình luận đã chọn.
(Click Delete to remove the selected comments.)
