# Tích hợp Tiktok Ads Instant Form

1. Tiktok lead form là gì?

TikTok Instant Form (Biểu mẫu tức thì) là một tính năng quảng cáo trên TikTok, cho phép doanh nghiệp thu thập thông tin liên hệ (lead) của người dùng một cách trực tiếp ngay trên ứng dụng mà không cần họ phải rời khỏi nền tảng. II. ĐỒNG BỘ TIKTOK INSTANT FORM VỀ ANTBUDDY CRM

Để thiết lập data lưu trữ từ Tiktok Instant Form về CRM, bạn cần kết nối tài khoản quảng cáo và uỷ quyền cho AntBuddy CRM

1\. Kết nối tài khoản quảng cáo và uỷ quyền  &#x20;

Vào **Cài đặt**\
→ **Hội thoại đa kênh**\
→ **Tích hợp kênh tin nhắn**\
→ Chọn **TikTok Business Messaging**

2. Thêm trang TikTok

Nhấn **Thêm trang**

Cửa sổ mới hiện ra → chọn **Continue**

3. Kích hoạt trang

Nhấn **Cài đặt** (Settings) để **Kích hoạt trang TikTok** trên hệ thống.

4. Kết nối tài khoản quảng cáo TikTok Ads

Vào **Cài đặt quảng cáo**\
→ chọn **Kết nối TikTok Ads**

5. Uỷ quyền kết nối

Pop-up TikTok sẽ hiện lên yêu cầu quyền truy cập\
→ Nhấn **Confirm** để xác nhận.

6. Kết nối thành công

Hệ thống báo trạng thái: **Kết nối tài khoản thành công**

II. CẤU HÌNH TIKTOK LEAD ADS

1. Tạo mới cấu hình Lead

* Nhấn **Thêm mới**
* Điền form **TikTok Lead Ads**:
  * Chọn **Tài khoản quảng cáo**
  * Chọn **Instant Form** đang chạy quảng cáo
  * Thực hiện **Mapping dữ liệu** (khớp trường thông tin giữa TikTok và CRM)
  * Nhấn **Lưu**

2. Biểu mẫu sau khi mapping

Hiển thị thông tin dạng bảng:

* Trường TikTok → Trường CRM
* Ví dụ:
  * Full Name → Name
  * Phone → Phone
  * Email → Email
  * Campaign → Source

III. LEAD TỪ TIKTOK INSTANT FORM

* Sau khi hoàn tất mapping:
  * Mỗi người dùng điền form TikTok → hệ thống tự đồng bộ.
  * Lead được phân loại theo:
    * Nguồn (TikTok)
    * Ngày giờ tạo
    * Dữ liệu form đã khớp
