# 10. Cấu hình thời gian chờ (Configuring the wait time)

Sau khoảng thời gian được cài đặt, nếu nhân viên được chỉ định không phản hồi, phiên làm việc sẽ tự động được chuyển sang nhân viên khác theo quy tắc phân công.

*(After the set period, if the assigned agent does not respond, the session will be automatically reassigned to another agent according to the assignment rules.)*

Bước 1:  Vào cài đặt

*(Step 1: Go to Settings)*

Bước 2: Chọn hội thoại đa kênh

*(Step 2: Select Omni Chat)*

Bước 3: Chọn cài đặt khác

*(Step 3: Choose the  Other Settings)*

Bước 4: Tìm mục Cấu hình thời gian thay đổi người phụ trách khi chưa được trả lời → Nhập thời gian chờ tối đa mong muốn cho phiên làm việc (tính bằng phút).

*(Step 4: Go to Configure the time to change the person in charge when not yet answered → Enter the desired maximum wait time for the session (in minutes))*

Bước 5: Bật tính năng này

Bước 6: Kéo xuống dưới của trang cài đặt và click nút lưu

*(Step 6: Scroll to the bottom of the settings page and click “Save” button)*
