12. Tạo chiến dịch SMS whatsapp (Creating Whatsapp SMS campaign)

Bước 1: Tại màn hình AntCRM, chọn chiến dịch ở bên trái -> click whatsapp

(Step 1: At the AntCRM screen, select the campaign on the left side → click Whatsapp)

Bước 2: Click "tạo mẫu"

(Step 2: Click “Create template” button)

Bước 3: Nhập và chọn thông tin cần thiết, sau đó click "tiếp tục", nhập thông tin -> click lưu

(Step 3: Input and select the necessary information, then click “Continue” to redirect next page, input the necessary information → click “Save”)

Loại (Category)	Người dùng được yêu cầu chọn danh mục phù hợp nhất cho mẫu tin nhắn (User is prompted to choose the most appropriate category for their message template)
Tên mẫu (Template name)	Nhập tên mẫu (Input Template Name)
Ngôn ngữ (Language)	Chọn ngôn ngữ cho mẫu tin nhắn của bạn (Choose languages for your message template)

Các thành phần (Entities)	Mô tả (Description)
Tiêu đề (Tittle)	Chọn văn bản tiêu đề, hình ảnh, video hoặc tài liệu. (Select a header text, image, video or document)
Nội dung (Body)	Nhập nội dung của mẫu tin nhắn. (Input the content of the template)
Xem trước (Preview)	Xem trước nội dung của mẫu tin nhắn. (Preview the content of the template.)

Bước 4: Sau khi tạo thành công mẫu mới, nhấp vào nút Lưu để thay đổi trạng thái thành Đã duyệt.
