2.1. Thêm user hỗ trợ (Adding user support)

Bước 1: Vào cài đặt - mục hỗ trợ (như đã trình bày ở trên)

(Step 1: Go to the Page Settings page - Support section (as outlined above))

Bước 2: Chọn hoặc tìm kiếm các Nhóm để thêm vào danh sách hỗ trợ

(Step 2: Select or search for the Groups to add the support list)

Bước 3: Chọn hoặc tìm kiếm người dùng hỗ trợ để thêm vào danh sách người dùng hỗ trợ

(Step 3: Select or search for the Users support to add to the support user list)

Để xóa người dùng từ danh sách người dùng hỗ trợ, click nút "X"

(To remove a user from the list users support, click "X" button)
