# 3. Quản lý chat với khách hàng whatsapp (Managing Chats with Whatsapp Customers)

Khi một khách hàng gửi tin nhắn đến trang, tin nhắn sẽ được chuyển đến Omni - WhatsApp. Số lượng tin nhắn chưa đọc sẽ được hiển thị trên menu

Để quản lý tin nhắn và hỗ trợ khách hàng hiệu quả, nhân viên cần thực hiện các bước sau:

Bước 1: Mở trang omni

*(Step 1: Open the Omni page.)*

Bước 2: Click vào tab whatsapp

*(Step 2: Click on the WhatsApp tab.)*

Bước 3: Click vào tab inbox để xem tin nhắn được nhận gần nhất từ khách hàng whatsapp

*(Step 3: Click on the Inbox tab to see the message recently received from the Whatsapp customer.)*

Bước 4: Click vào tin nhắn để bắt đầu nhắn tin và hỗ trợ

*(Step 4: Click on the message to start chatting and provide support.)*

Tại đây, bạn có thể thấy nhân viên hỗ trợ được phân công bằng cách di chuột vào avatar nhỏ trên tin nhắn (xem hình).
