# 4. Thêm user hỗ trợ (Adding a Support User)

Tính năng này được sử dụng khi người dùng hiện tại cần sự hỗ trợ từ một nhân viên khác để hỗ trợ khách hàng. Bằng cách mời nhân viên vào phiên làm việc, nhân viên đó có thể hỗ trợ nhân viên phụ trách chính của phiên

Bước 1: Xem 1 tin nhắn bất kì

Bước 2: Click vào icon "thêm hỗ trợ"

Bước 3: Chọn hoặc tìm kiếm tên để thêm vào hỗ trợ
